Ahhh, yes … at last … my first cover with FOIL ON IT. You know you’ve really made it to the Big Time when your publisher adorns your book’s cover with foil lettering. (She said, with tongue firmly in cheek)
The author hereby confesses that she fell hopelessly in love with Lord Rival while writing Falling for Chloe. Fortunately, a lot of her readers did, too. So all of us were thrilled when Signet wanted me to write a bigger book, a more complex book, a slightly sexier book, featuring Lord Rival as a rather unlikely hero.

The Fortune Hunter was passed over for a RITA award due to an unfortunate scoring error. However, nearly a decade after it was first published, it remains a reader favorite. Which is amazing, humbling, touching and wonderful. Thanks, everybody.
